Discussion-about an activity in partnership with the school was proposed by Frank and Justin. They would like to build on the  success of the seniors parade and fireworks activity the day before graduation. Presenting the Distinguished Alumni and Memorial Alumni awards during the time between the senior parade and fireworks was proposed.

*An activity in conjunction with graduation weekend in the grassy area next to Linck Insurance was discussed. We could rent a nice  tent to house our fund raising activities, have a food concession and a band. Adam suggested having the activity in partnership with  the Ravenna Chamber of Commerce, somewhat in line with what Jennifer Broton and Kyleigh Sherman are doing this summer.  *Adam will bring the idea to the Chamber of Commerce at the September 14 meeting at the Stafford Street alley.  *Frank and Justin will continue exploring possibilities.

*Next Meeting-was set for Tuesday October 12, 6:30 p.m. at Swanson Pickle Company.
